Hart van Zuid zwembad, Rotterdam

Variopool travels the world over to supply swimming pools with movable floors, bulkheads and other pool accessories. From Dubai and Norway to Poland and the United Kingdom, nothing is too crazy for us. But great projects are also still being delivered in the Netherlands. For example, we are now at work in the Hart van Zuid in Rotterdam. In collaboration with Ballast Nedam and with total project costs of EUR 300 million, we are ensuring that the Hart van Zuid will become a place to stay.

Project Hart van Zuid swimming pool in Rotterdam

Kraaijvanger Architects is responsible for the renovation of the former Charlois district office into a multifunctional swimming complex. Variopool have installed a movable swimming pool floor and a two-part vertical bulkhead in this pool. This is an innovative project for Variopool as it is the first two-piece vertical bulkhead we have installed in the Netherlands! In addition, we provide the complete stainless steel fittings for Swiss Timing Equipment. A fantastic project that we realize in cooperation with Ballast Nedam and Heijmans. Lotec provides the water treatment for the swimming pool.
